Q947MF Electric Ash Discharge Ball Valve
I. Introduction:
The electric ash discharge ball valve, also known as the pulverized coal injection ball valve, adopts an electrically driven flange-connected fixed ball design. It is a special product specifically used for controlling media such as dust, powder, and lime, and is particularly suitable for systems like blast furnace pulverized coal injection and air pipelines. II. Features:
1. The surface of the electric ash discharge ball valve is hardened to improve the wear resistance of the ball surface.
2. Adopts a single valve seat design, which does not form an independent space in the valve body cavity, eliminating the possibility of accumulation of media such as fly ash in the cavity and friction with the ball surface.
3. Automatic sealing compensation: A spring is installed at the tail end of the metal valve seat. When the sealing surface wears, the valve will continue to maintain a good sealing effect under the action of the spring.
4. Stable operation: The ball is supported by upper and lower bushings, so no relative displacement will occur under pressure.
